A 1978 British Columbia Reciprocity license plate #1840, in great condition as pictured. This is a white license plate with green numbers and it has the Reciprocity designation on the bottom of the plate. These were first introduced in 1963. Truckers who weren't registered in a reciprocating jurisdiction had to pay a higher prorate or apportioned fee. So these were used on Semi Trucks that had ageements with British Columbia.
