1978 North Carolina #REE559

A 1978 North Carolina license plate #REE559, in good condition but missing the expiration sticker as pictured. This is a white license plate with red numbers and this base started to be issued in 1978 and no longer had the 75 or the First In Freedom slogan on the top of the license plate. Would be great for a potential YOM or Year of Manufacture use if you have the sticker!
